4. Procedures and Methods for Eliminating Personal Information

In general, after the objective of collecting and using personal information has been met, the company will erase the information without delay. The following is the procedure and manner of destruction.

1. Destruction procedure
According to internal policies and other related laws, the information entered by the member for membership registration, etc., will be transferred to a separate DB (separate document box in the case of paper) and destroyed after being stored for a certain period of time (see retention and usage period).
Unless it is legal, personal information transmitted to a different database is not utilized for any purpose other than storage.

Personal data saved in electronic file formats is erased using a technical process that does not allow for the playback of recordings.

5. Provision of Personal Information
